A relatively small, simple room, but clean, quiet, fully functional, and well-priced. Close to the new Chitose airport. Works well for a short-term, close to the airport stay.

Staff went above and beyond to call Tokyo hotel to get airport shuttle info, he even printed maps for me that made it so easy!

Great place for a short stay! Very close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and parking was free and available. The place doesn't offer free breakfast by default, but is ¥880 a person in Oct 2025. Definitely worth it though! Clean and safe!

Quite remote from the airport. Room is tiny and do us the bed for 2 persons. Toilet is small. There’s no space to open our luggages. During the night we had to open the window a little for fresh cooler air. Great morning free shuttle to airport. This hotel is good for one sleep over night & it served our purpose.

It was a decent business hotel and has great value for money. Facilities were simple and had everything that I needed. There was also an airport shuttle that brought me to the airport. Recommend for anyone that needs to stay a night before heading off for an early morning flight.

They happily stored my luggages in the morning and when i checked in at 3pm, luggages were already in my room. Staff is always courteous and smiling.

Chitose is very much a bit of a dour suburb of Sapporo. You’ll have to get to Sapporo via the Chitose Stariom JR line which is close and convenient. Lots of good around but definitely nothing to do around the hotel. Staff were helpful and nice.
