The resort was marvelous! You can use the di e shop right across the street for snorkeling/scuba diving and the staff there is marvelous! The resort has the BEST people working there! The food is well priced and great! Will stay there again!

All employees are super friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautiful and upbeat. We didn't get the meal plans that is now $70/person/day with a limited menu compared to pre covid. But the food they have is great and drinks are great. The worst part is there is not hot water to shower consistently. Late afternoon is very hot water, late at night no hot water, early morning sometimes hot water sometimes no hot water. Rooms are clean. Housekeeping was not always great at putting fresh towels. With that small problem it won't keep us from coming back. We love casa del mar!!!

Pool was dirty every day rooms were infested with ants rooms were clean but needed much repair and updating staff would be the only reason we would ever come back the owner needs to focus more on the whole resort now that his new suit on the roof is built which is the only new part of the resort also the so called beach club that was promised when we booked our trip was closed due to repairs needed the whole 2 weeks we were there.

Love this place

The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The swim up bar is wonderful after a morning of diving. Beautiful sunsets visible while lounging around the pool and walking across the pedestrian bridge to the beach area. The restaurant staff treats you like family. Wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a place to eat, sleep, dive and relax!

Very clean room - housekeeping was very good. Pool and poolside were good and the cabana we had was very comfortable for our group. Staff were available and attentive. The location is right on the main road so there is road noise - took a day to get used to it. Overall it was a good, central place to stay. Pick up for diving and snorkelling was at the pier across the road - very convenient. We would stay here again.

The hotel was as expected, functional and okay, but nothing fancy. We definitively got our moneys worth! The game room was great, as was the quick access to the scuba classes, but the food in the hotel restaurant was pretty bad.

Amazing staff at this hotel!! Every person is so nice and goes out of their way for you to have a great vacation!

My family of 5 stayed here for 6 nights and it was perfect. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Cozumel.
