Perfect location and valued services

非常喜歡這個飯店. 地點好又很乾淨. 去年也是住這裡很棒. 唯一今年缺點就是樓下咖啡機不見了，很懷念去年可以每天可以做咖啡跟拿鐵隨時可以喝茶

Used to have free coffee machine in the morning when we stayed last year. Not anymore during this year’s stay.. 😩 sad

The room was spacious and clean without any pressure. The entire staff team was professional, friendly and very helpful. Location is so convenient and it's easy to walk to many major attractions in Taipei, near the 101 Xinyi District.

Great location very convenient

Could have used a glass but this is a great hotel. Came with fridge and microwave and some cutlery. Great location across from the mrt and Taipei 101 was down the street. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Fabulous for longer stays.

I recently stayed at Hanns House Taipei, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. After a 14-hour flight, I arrived around 1:30 PM and appreciated that the hotel allowed early check-in. However, when I woke up later that evening, I discovered the toilet seat in my room had not been properly cleaned. Since it was already late, I chose not to call housekeeping and ended up cleaning it myself. The bigger issue was a misleading promotion on the hotel’s website. The promotion page stated that guests staying two nights would receive two bowls of beef noodle soup. I even took a screenshot of the page. The advertisement did not mention that the promotion only applied to bookings made directly through the hotel. When I asked the front desk, I was told the offer did not apply because my reservation was made through Expedia. After several emails discussing the issue, the hotel removed the promotion from their website but still refused to honor it. The responses I received felt dismissive and did not reflect the level of service expected from a 4-star hotel. The value of the soup (around TWD 400) is insignificant compared to the approximately TWD 11,000 per night room rate. This was never about the money—it was about transparency and customer service. Instead of resolving the issue with a simple gesture of goodwill, the hotel chose to argue the point and deny responsibility.
