We had a wonderful time! We had excellent service from the butler service, the bartenders and entertainment staff! The entertainment was better than any other place we have stayed. The pools and giant hot tub were wonderful! There was room for improvement on cleanliness and the beach was not the same as in Cancun. Overall, it was a great stay!

My daughter was celebrating her 30th birthday. The manager at the hibachi place told us our party of 7 could come then when we got there he act as if he had never spoken with my daughter and was rather rude. Then speaking with another manager they apologized and advised us that they will make up for that. They said the next day they would escort us to the secrets resort for an amazing birthday dinner. Only for us to be waiting where they told us the next day but that manager was off. We was escorted by someone else that did not know any of the details from the prior manager. It was made like there would be some special accommodations for her table maybe look decorative or nice set up. The table was normal setting nothing over the top per our prior issues the night before. The food the entire trip was just not good. I was so excited for this trip but it really wasn’t the best trip at all and that was very disappointing. Some of the staff was great but then there were some that was definitely rude. The club closed early. It wasn’t a lot of music events. The bars also closed early. For this to have been a adult resort, I expected more.

Loved the staff and resort

We enjoyed our stay over all but a few things to note that might help future travelers. There is loud techno-esque music (themed each night) played until 11ish and louder visitors that party on past that. Totally fine if that’s what you’re into! We wished we would’ve known and stayed on the secrets side and used the breathless pools. We slept like garbage so definitely bring ear plugs, or if you’re the party type, this will be your jam! Additionally, we upgraded when we checked in to a swim out but received basically no information on what that included or how to find anything at the resort. No information on restaurants, pools, activities, etc. We did some thorough googling in the room which was irritating but we found the app which helped a ton (hilton inclusive). We also learned late that our upgrade would’ve gotten us into other spaces but we didn’t know that. The staff over all were great. They were so kind and ready to help whenever needed! Food was fine. If you’re going to an all inclusive for quality dining, you’re probably doing it wrong. They were great at asking about food allergies and making accommodations but if you’re gluten free, vegetarian or vegan you will really struggle here. (Stayed at secrets Moxche a couple years ago and they had good vegan options). Pools were fun. We stayed at the energy pool more than the party pool. Both you’d want to claim seats early (by 8am).

This place isn't at all like the pictures. It is outdated . Pool is patch cushions and chairs are faded, or torn. Pools are murkey and dirty. On 3 antibiotics after swimming in them. The food was only good in the French place , Steak place in the evening time and pizza by the ocean. Asian place was okay. Some of the best food was the room service. Pools had hair floating in there. Party pool was playing nasty/dirty music Saturday and sunday . Beach is pretty much nothing there. Don't bother booking Bali beds through the Spa. They lost our reservation and nothing was ready and the bed we picked out was given to someone else. Even though we were assured it would be ready at 11am. Club lounge js pretty much usless and out of the way. We had a swimout room with ripped chair and rugs and looked like mold on one og the pillows and floor. Fot extremely sick from the mold in the room. Still recovering days after our trip. Mexican restaurant was the worst. Both of us threw up after eating there. We still have extrem stomach problems after visiting this place. The only good thing was Daniel and 1 other bartender working week of 61 to 6/4 at the club pool and Romeo. Im shocked this place is a 4 diamond resort.

Food in the buffet could have been better. The swim out pool was nice but would have liked it to be cleaned out often.

Espectacular

The food there isn’t great. Two of the restaurants were just ok. The drinks were gross. It gave me a headache. I was scolded by an employee named Vicente at the pool for having my dog on a stroller there. While checking in, they said I could. Vicente had an attitude and was very rude. They says dog friendly but it really wasn’t. We booked a swim out beach front and the water in our pool wasn’t that clean. I see them cleaning the ones near the pool more.i regret staying here.

Restaurant service was lousy.

My husband an I had an incredible experience at Breathless. The staff were so friendly, the food was great quality, our room was fabulous, and the entertainment was excellent. We had such an amazing experience and cant wait to come back.
