We made the right choice in this Taipei hotel. As is typical of a well run Japanese hotel the staff is most attentive and helpful. Started on the day of arrival when the plane got in really early and it was many hours before we could formally check in. The front staff offered us to use the Spa, and we were saved by being able to clean up and shower. And of course doors are opened for you, and staff bow whenever we get on the elevator.
The rooms were nice, particularly after we were upgraded to a suite from our membership in the One Harmony loyalty program. Location was perfect, walkable to a number of good restaurants and shopping centers, and to the main Taipei train station.
