Good hotel to use as a base to travel out to other areas of the city as it’s just a short walk to Daimon and Hamamatsucho station. It’s especially convenient to get to Haneda airport as the monorail stops at Hamamatsucho as well as other direct lines from Daimon if you want to save on the train fare. There’s a FamilyMart right around the corner and plenty of restaurants within walking distance including fast food/chain restaurants like Yoshinoya, Matsuya, and McDonalds. There are also a few cafes and such within walking distance for those early mornings, including a Doutor also right around the corner. Staff were nice and spoke enough English to easily help which was great as a non-Japanese speaker. The room itself was nice and spacious enough as far as Tokyo hotels go. The bed was on the firmer side and the standard pillow in the room was only ok but they did have a selection of other pillows and extra amenities to borrow in the main lobby. This is also one of the few 3 star hotels I could find that have a separate shower and bathtub which makes it very easy to take a hot bath after a long day.

Convenient location to transport (hamamatsucho JR and Daimon subway). Family mart n 7-11 nearby and Yoshinoya next to it opens till 2am. Was able to have a meal there after coming back late from Disney. The amenities bar at lobby has a good variety and was free to take. Overall it was a great stay, and will definitely be back again!

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in 2025 and 5 nights in 2024. This hotel is located at arguably one of the best location in terms of transportation in Tokyo. This hotel is located very close to the terminal station of Haneda Airport monorail, Hamamatsucho. This station is also one of the stops of Yamanote Line, a train line, not a metro/subway line. Getting around in Tokyo from this hotel is very easy and convenient via Yamanote Line and Welcome Suica card. Of course, I could use Welcome Suica card for the monorail between the hotel and Haneda Airport. I also noticed that each hotel room has a unique Wi-Fi password. Therefore, I felt very safe connecting my electronic devices online. Also, Wi-Fi service is free at this hotel.

Very convenient to Hamamatsucho station. Rooms are slightly larger then some other business hotels. New and clean.

Hotel is near monorail and subway station, thst connect you to other parts of the city. Coming from or going to the airport is easy, it is the last stop on the monorail. It’s great if you are staying in Tokyo for 1 to 2 nights and need to fly out again. There are lots of food options within walking distance. Hotel is clean and hotel provides you with all the amenities you may need. The area is very safe.
