Close to Shinjuku station is a huge plus.

I have so much to say about this property. I dont know if the other reviews do it any justice, atleast they didn’t for me. 1- it is located in the heart of Shinjuku. There are train stations all within 5 minutes of the hotel. The staff is polite. There is a laundry room. (I recommend dounf laundry late in the evening or early in the morning. Breakfast was great, however I’m not sure it makes sense to purchase the package that includes it as you may get tired of eating the same foods. Air conditioning worked perfectly. (Toothpaste, hair brush, hair ties, face masks, tooth brush are restocked and completely free in the lobby. There is a spa located on the second floor, I had an amazing facial. My bf booked a massage. A Thai restaurant on the second floor and another restaurant in the lobby. I hope expedia gives me the option to come back and edit because I have so much to share, but just in case feel free ro follow and message me on most platforms (at) thisismylov3 I will be posting a detailed review there in August after my travels. Location was good. Only reason I gave 3 or 3.5 stars is that the room was so small. Bed for 4 are tiny to share and the bed made my back aches every day. Otherwise if it wasn’t for the bed/room- I’d give it 5 stars.

When in Shinjuku, we stay at the conveniently located Hotel Sunroute Shinjuku. It's across the street from Shinjuku Station and a large shopping center. The rooms are small, as expected in the heart of Shinjuku. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The TV displays which floors have how many clothes washers and dryers in use, so you don't have to go up and down looking for available machines. The hotel is dated, but comfortable and convenient. I checked our luggage with the front desk. This took about 45 minutes, due to a finicky app and a front desk that couldn't/wouldn't just write it up for you. The breakfast buffet looked okay, but seemed overpriced, so we went elsewhere. We'll stay here again as the location can't be beat for its proximity to the trains and shopping.

Great customer service and wonderful location

The property is in a great location. The limousine bus from Narita airport stops right there so it was perfect for us. Many amenities and clean and comfortable room. The restaurant on site serves an amazing breakfast buffet. Hotel is right next to Shinjuku station.

The hotel is prime location, so I would say pls stay. However room stinks, bathroom stinks. It's because it's a factory model. There is no fresh air in the room, so how would dampness go.

Loved the property. It was so close to everything. The staff was wonderful and so helpful. Baggage transfer between hotels was easy as well.

Great stay in the heart of Shinjuku. Easy to get around to the trains, lots of places to eat and most importantly a clean and comfy room to come back to after a long day of exploring. The added amenities of toiletries is a great touch. Can’t wait to plan the next trip back
