All very good thanks you for you attention

My stay at Hotel Mayasol did not meet my expectations. The room I received had a damaged door lock, dirty floors and furniture, chipped paint, a noticeable mildew odor, towels that did not appear clean, and a toilet that often required multiple flushes. Several amenities listed for the property were unavailable or not operating during my visit, including the fitness equipment. I also found parts of the hotel to be in need of maintenance. When I raised my concerns, the situation was not resolved during my stay. A different room was mentioned only as I was leaving, after I had already made other arrangements. I hope the property addresses these maintenance and cleanliness issues, as they had a significant impact on my overall experience.

Nice hotel but very hard to find. Reception was very helpful.

Definitely just a place to lay your head. Very old and Iguanas in the ceiling keep you up. No ice machine available checked out 3 nights early and they didn’t even ask why. Dirty towels and sheets in the room.

Not bad for budget friendly options. But the bath tub and washroom were weirdly placed. My guess is the whole place was a mall before.

This hotel feels like an old mall that’s been converted into a hotel, with each shop turned into a room. The good part is that the reception staff is available 24/7. However, we had little to no hot water in the morning. Overall, it’s a “you get what you pay for” kind of place. Most people seem to stay here just for a night. either before or after checking into their resort, or while doing excursions. There are some spots for parking shared with shops at the front.

Very nice property- issues with water-shower but they moved us right away and got shower fixed! Nice stay - will stay again!
