Nice little room for a 1 night stop over. But as a family of 5 we couldn’t stay longer than that as we need more space. The door code to get in wasn’t as simple as we thought, we figured it out in the end.
The room was modern with toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo etc.
We would recommend for small groups

So the room was good for my family but tour bus could not pick us up because the alley was too narrow. If you are getting around by foot or taxi it is very convenient. A lot of restaurants in walking distance and only 9 minute walk from canal shops. It is not that handicap friendly and there is no front desk staff but our room was clean and spacious and there is a kitchenette so that was convenient.

Poor check in, average beds( poor for Japan ) dirty bathroom ( hair clumps behind door) not cleaned. Poor shower.
Location near Canal City a major plus.

No front desk staff, everything is done through tablet, someone is there if you need assistance through a call on tablet, smooth and fast check in process, very clean, would definitely stay here again 👌

The place was really comfy and spacious. My son had accidentally left his baby blanket in the room after we check-out to leave for Osaka. The hotel found it and took the effort to mail it to Osaka for us. Really appreciate their service! Thank you so much!
