Poor internet connection. It made it impossible to stay connected, plan, and work. No lift, which can be a challenge for someone with a suitcase.

Grossartig The residence is nice and certainly much more modern than many around this area (I have stayed in a lot as I use last moment stays in this area weekly). The TV did not work unfortunately but that is not a major issue. The shower door was a little loose and someone had splashed drink on the TV which needed a wipe off. But for the cost you cannot expect 5 star. I would definitely stay there again as it was a much nicer room and place than any other similarly priced hotel around Paddington.
