I only stayed one night, but i was allowed to check in early at no extra cost. I am also grateful for the elevator/lift as there are hotels with no lifts. The room was small but perfect for what i needed. Everything was great! Thank you 😁

Good basic hotel, clean and well maintained for London and the area. New towels, and size of room decent thanks to a free upgrade on arrival.

Perfect stay! The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a good size bathroom, tv and wardrobe. For a short stay this hotel is perfect.

I made a last minute switch to this hotel when the original one I booked didn’t have AC on a 95 degree day. They let me check in early and even upgraded my room for free. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. Super close to the tube and was exactly what I needed for a solo 24 hours in London. Would stay here again!

The location and the place is great.
It had everything for the stay. The place is clean and the staff are attentive especially at the breakfast. The breakfast is good with both hot and cold variety.
We stayed in room 208 and the air conditioning was working well but made a constant noise spoiling the sleep.
4/5 stars because of the AC noise.
