Really straightforward process and clean facilities. So far best hostel experience in Japan. Rooms are small but bunks feel private. Walking there with suitcases is not impossible but bumpy . Very quiet

It’s was great if needing a place to sleep. Close to train station had restaurant down stairs, staff was good could speak English also had a bar. One thing that could be better is the lounge, the lounge was nice and had pool table but need better seating and probably little bit bigger tables.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Graphy Shibuya and would gladly recommend it to others visiting Tokyo. One of the highlights of our experience was the staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and spoke excellent English. They consistently went above and beyond to help us with any questions or requests, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We also appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly approach. Instead of providing unnecessary amenities in every room, toiletries were available in the lobby for guests to take as needed, which we thought was a thoughtful and sustainable touch. The hotel offers several great amenities, including a rooftop lounge with drinks, a smoking area, and a pool table. The space had a great atmosphere, and we only wish we had more time to enjoy it during our trip. The WiFi was also fast and reliable, which made planning our days and staying connected very convenient. Our room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable, with a sofa couch that provided extra room to relax after a long day of exploring. The only downside was that the toilet could have been cleaner, as we noticed some yellow stains around the toilet bowl. Aside from that minor issue, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The rooms are tiny with most of them not having a bathroom or barely even a sink but that is in the listing.If only staying for a short time its all right but it is fairly expensive for what you get.

Great hotel. Aesthetic design. Friendly international staff. Amazing breakfast - very worth it. We booked one of the smaller rooms. The small rooms are oppressively tiny. No space for anything including walking. You can barely open the door without bumping into the bed. An extra foot in each direction and some wall hooks would make a lot of difference. The bed is comfortable and overall we had a great stay…. But the size of the room is shocking when you first walk in. No space for luggage but you can store luggage at the reception.

Great clean room, staff are very welcoming and happy to help with anything. A bit of a walk from Shibuya station but overall in a more quiet and relaxed part of the city, a nice break from the huge crowds

Excellent value- no frills but test provides luxury amenities - pajamas, sleepers, toliletries. We had a room with private bathroom and long bed. It was comfortable, very clean. Location is also very scellent - quiet spot in the very busy neighborhood and walking distance to Shibuya station

Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS. Loved staying here and would again! Very beautiful workers lol! Supa SUGOI

Room and bathroom too small and not so clean. I need to tell the front desk that the toilet bowl still have dirt and bathtub was not cleaned at all. Very frustrated and disappointed and not worth paying $350 per room/night.
