Clean room, great location, amazing stay, AMAZING public bath.

Great location. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Onsen is excellent. Lots of good restaurants close by. Very nice decoration of the hotel and fun programmes (shows and kids activities etc). My only complain was the parking, 1000yen per night was a little expensive.

Well appointed modern hotel but with respectful honoring of local traditions. We enjoyed the nightly “Yoshi” dance perforated in the hotel lobby. The rooms were decorated in a minimalist style, with a view over a river and the city. Very convenient to the local tram for quick trips to the city center attractions and Kochi Castle.

Loved this hotel, room size was ok-comfortable bed-lots of amenities provided at lobby- good size bathroom- love the design of the hotel in general. Indoor/outdoor Onsen were gorgeous and spacious… loved it. They also have a sem-traditional dance performance every night- we watched it, very talented, but probably a little more for kids. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

Safe area and excellent shopping options. Room was dark/poor lighting. Flashlight didn’t work- house keeping didn’t clean tub or mugs. The overall temperature of the common areas could have been cooler.

Large and spacious rooms.

Wonderful stay for a European couple - even with small tattoo fine to enter the Onsen facility. Super concept, spacious rooms for 2. Would definitely recommend for a stopover - also nice recommendations given what to do around Kochi.

Checkin no problem as the hotel uses tablet which we can choose our language. Hotel provides parking 1000 yen per entry which I think it should be charged per 24 hours instead. Breakfast is buffet mainly Japanese food.
