The room was clean enough for me to feel comfortable showering and placing my stuff on the floor, which are thinfs i rarely feel comfortable doing in a hotel. Apart from a small layer of dust on a shelf beside the bed the place was extremely clean. We felt safe and welcomed and were helped with smiles when we came across any problems. The only downside to the stay was just how warm the room was, however it was still not unbearable considering the heatwave and we were happy to have access to the air conditioned downstairs. I would highly recommend staying here .

Don’t bother staying here. The reception staff are rude, the breakfast is a joke, the rooms are grubby and disgusting. We weren’t able to have a cup of tea as the kettle was filthy, the electrical sockets are hanging off the walls, the shower was dirty, the floors are disgusting and the beds are hard….don't bother!

Gut The room I stayed in could do with some cosmetic works to make the room feel more welcoming. The walls were badly marked and there was an iron burn in the carpet. The room could also do with a deep clean, by the looks of it the cleaning staff just give it a quick once over rther than any detail put into the cleaning. The above is a couple of quick pointers the hotel should take into consideration as I feel it would improve the look and feel of the hotle quite quickly. The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning worked very well which was good as it was one of the hottest days of the year when I stayed.

Easy tube journey from London stadium to hotel.
Quiet location. Staff were friendly and room was clean and had air conditioning- which was a good send. There was even a complimentary continental breakfast.
