The hotel is in an excellent, highly accessible location close to shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and tidy, though limited parking meant we were lucky to find a space. Unfortunately, the room's furniture was damaged and unusable, which impacted our comfort.

Warning , you will be asked give all your details on arrival even if you have already given them all to book the hotel. You will have to pay £100 deposit upfront on top of your arrival. I stayed for 2 days ago and I’m still waiting for the deposit back, I have called the hotel and they are blaming the bank . The parking is very limited and all on street parking is expensive but free at 6:30pm . I would not stay here again

Grossartig Plenty shops and restaurants nearby, steps from illford station. The duvet cover was my only trouble. Otherwise, many amenities you won’t need

Unterdurchschnittlich Booked a double room, was given a ground floor family room. Problem was it was street level, so couldn't hVe window open. Next door was a family room and whoever was above me must have been running with concrete boots, especially at 1am and 7am, where the ceiling was thundering for an hour each time. Rooms were functional but dated. Staff were great and went to speak to the noise makers when I went to reception. Location is 2 mins from Ilford Station, and opposite the exchange, so top notch location

No Parking , No Breakfast; too many stairs ... no lift , beds are pathetic , broken base ...., expire mattresses ; no foam left inside only feel the springs.....
shower no water Pressure ... no body wash ... drugs smells on the way to Rooms...
