The hotel is still new, clean, and the ocean view is only part of it, as there are buildings on the left and right. We chose this place to celebrate our anniversary and received complimentary red wine and balloons 🎈. Check-out was extended to 1 PM, which was relaxing 😌. Breakfast was mediocre, with a wide variety of drinks but limited food choices. The service attitude was good. Unfortunately, there were too many guests, so they couldn't arrange a higher floor; we were just on a middle floor. Overall, it's decent and fine for a stay if you don't have too many demands.

Upgraded the room. We weren't rushed when checking out half an hour late 👍🏼. The only thing is that the surrounding area has no shops and is a bit quiet, though that's not the hotel's fault. The room itself is very nice and comes with a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers, as well as an air purifier and dehumidifier. The only drawback is that the inner courtyard feels a bit dated, and the window film color gives it a somewhat eerie look 👽👻💀.

Very convenient location, right outside Tsim Sha Tsui Station Exit B2. There is no nightwear provided, so bringing your own sleepwear is a must. A friendly doorman greeted us on the first floor, and the front desk staff was also very pleasant. If you want to store your luggage after checking out, it costs 10 HKD per day. Please note that cash only is accepted. Luggage storage in Hong Kong usually costs more than double that, so we were very grateful for this service.

The location is definitely one of the best things about this hotel! It’s within walking distance of many free tourist spots and very close to MTR stations, which made it so convenient for exploring Hong Kong. The room isn’t that big, but it was honestly okay and comfortable enough for my stay. Overall, a great and convenient place to stay!

The room was acceptable, and the location was convenient. However, there was only a kettle in the room, and bottled water incurred an extra charge. When I checked in at night, the front desk staff barely made eye contact with me and were passive in assisting with my booking information issues. Perhaps the hotel's policies are too rigid; in contrast, the hotel I stayed at the next day handled everything easily. This check-in process at the front desk took a long time, which negatively impacted my experience.

very nice twin beds room, good service & comfortable environment

It's spacious and fully air-conditioned. Our problem was, the bedsheets had an undesirable smell , they changed it when we complained. The check in instruction and location were confusing. It said that, #42 but when we arrived at their office somebody told us to go to the other side of the building #38 to check in. I think the management needs to improve some aspects of their service for us guests to feel safe and comfortable to stay.

Overall, I'd give it an 8/10. It costs 1,928 baht per night on weekdays. It's located in the Jordan area. You can take bus route 21 for $34.6 and get off right in front of the hotel. It's about a 2-3 minute walk from there. At the entrance of the alley, there's a 7-Eleven and a shop selling 3 bottles of water for $10. It's also close to the MTR. The hotel requires a $500 deposit. When checking out, remember to show your receipt at the counter. There's no 'do not disturb' sign to hang, so when I returned to my room in the evening, the housekeeper had already cleaned it, which I wasn't too happy about. The pillows and bed are soft; overall, it's comfortable. The room has carpet, and there were some dust bunnies in the corners. The bathroom door doesn't close completely. There's a safe and a refrigerator provided. Some of the front desk staff who don't speak much English can be quite irritable with guests.
