The service was good, and the staff were lovely. It was clean and convenient, with a shuttle service available at all times. However, there was an issue with breakfast. When I booked the room through the app, it indicated breakfast was included, but upon check-in, the staff informed me it was not. Nevertheless, the app and the hotel resolved the problem effectively, though it took 2-3 days. The communication was good. Overall, it was excellent.

Service: Excellent and friendly service, with helpful staff. Cleanliness: Very clean and well maintained rooms and common areas. Hotel Location: Great location, convenient and close to nearby attractions. Transport Access: Easy access to public transportation and taxis. Breakfast: Good variety of fresh and tasty breakfast options.

Sauberkeit: Sehr gut Lage des Hotels: Sehr gut, direkt vor dem Hotel, in Strandnähe, schattig, ruhig, sehr schöne Atmosphäre. Service: Hervorragend, sehr hilfsbereit. Anreise/Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel: Nicht genutzt. Frühstück: Sehr gut, große Auswahl.

Location was abit far off from many of the activities, but it's great if you want to get away from the chaos of the rest of Phuket. It was a small resort with a small kids' club but the activities they had made up for the size. When checking in, someone will persuade you to attend their talk about their timeshare package. She was visibly displeased when I said I'm not going to spend 90mins of my vacation listening to some talk selling me packages even though they were offering 7000 baht credits to use in the resort.

Although I only stayed for one night, the service was incredibly comfortable. I was also very satisfied with their help in arranging a birthday surprise. I would love to stay here again the next time I visit Phuket.

The facilities are really good for a 0.5-night stay. There aren't many late-night restaurants nearby, but a 7-Eleven is close, and there are a few restaurants open until midnight. The pickup service is no longer available.
