Amazing therapists!They know exactly what they are doing! The whole experience was very refreshing.Clean and tidy environment.I just wished the bathroom was inside the spa area.

Post-trial feedback: This package is truly a great value! From the moment we entered and took off our shoes to being escorted to the room, the staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making us feel right at home. When it was time to change for the spa, although the spa area was a bit small, it offered complete privacy, and there was even a cold green tea and a cold towel ready for use, which was very thoughtful! In the Kwun Tong area, having a spa, facial, and body massage is quite rare. The facial itself was incredibly comfortable; although the products used were a bit ordinary, for a price of just over 300 HKD, I understand that you can't expect too much! Finally, the massage therapist came in, and they were truly skilled, applying plenty of pressure without holding back at all—definitely commendable! Regarding the package price, it's really worth considering. There's absolutely no hard selling, and it's worth experiencing firsthand. Joining a plan later on isn't very expensive either; for just a few hundred HKD, you get all three services. In the past, this might have cost four figures, so it's an incredible deal! I especially appreciate the manager's meticulous attention to detail—100% excellent! 👍🏻

Zum zweiten Mal habe ich diesen Tagespass im Ritz-Carlton-Hotel in der 118. Etage gekauft. Diesmal haben wir es wirklich sehr genossen, weil wir die Gelegenheit hatten, Zeit im Fitnessbereich zu verbringen, den wir wirklich lieben. Das... können wir mit 10 von 10 Punkten bewerten und natürlich ist die Pool-Einrichtung immer noch bei 101 von 10. Das Personal ist so nett, besonders der Manager, er ist so nett und sorgt dafür, dass wir es genießen und die bestmöglichen Fotos machen können. Im Fitnessbereich ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, von Getränken über Handtücher bis hin zu Obst. Und ich finde es wirklich toll, dass es als Kaffeeliebhaber dort auch Kaffee gibt.

I chose the 90+20 minute classic full-body massage. The Thai masseuse's pressure and technique were precise and hit all the right spots, perfectly meeting my needs, and she was very friendly. After the massage, I truly felt re-energized; my previously tense shoulder blades and shoulders were completely relaxed!
