Our driver and guide, Joseph, was very professional and responsible, and even took us to explore some extra views. We were so lucky to have clear weather today and saw sperm whales, dolphins, and seals!

Sehr gut! Obwohl ich kein Englisch spreche, konnte der Reiseleiter mir die Reise dennoch verständlich machen. Der Reiseleiter war sehr gut und aufmerksam. Als wir zu den Seehunden kamen, fragte er uns, was wir trinken möchten. Die Cola, die ich wollte, war sogar eisgekühlt, was ich mir nicht vorstellen konnte. Sehr lobenswert 👍. Sie antworten sehr schnell auf E-Mails. Ich hatte meine E-Mail kaum 5 Minuten gesendet, da hatte ich schon eine Antwort. Alle Beteiligten waren sehr nett. Diese Wellington-Reise wurde durch ihren Service zu einem herzlichen Erlebnis für mich. Vielen Dank für Ihren Service. Ich wünsche Ihnen viel Erfolg. Wenn ich jemals wieder nach Neuseeland kommen kann, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!!!

It was a choppy ride with gale warning and high chance of sea sickness. Thankful that the ride proceeded and we got to see marama and tiaki whales and a school of dusky dolphins and fur seals

Booked Sudima Kaikōura via Klook and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new, clean, and located right by the beach with stunning ocean and mountain views—definitely a highlight. 
Rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, and it’s just a short walk to town which makes it very convenient. 
overall a great option if you’re staying in Kaikōura.

The basic accommodation was okay; it didn't have many amenities and was a bit old. There was a strong smell of cleaning products, so we had to open the windows to air it out, but overall it was clean. The location is excellent, just a two-minute drive to a street with many restaurants.
