Wir haben von Kuala Lumpur nach Kuala Selangor gebucht, der Fahrer ist pünktlich und kam vor der Zeit an, aber sie sind darauf bedacht, über die kostenlose Wartezeit hinaus zu warten, also denken Sie daran und seien Sie pünktlich, um Ärger zu vermeiden.

Der Transfer von Kuantan nach KL verlief reibungslos. Der Transportanbieter schickte mir eine E-Mail und der Fahrer, Herr Jaya, kontaktierte mich einen Tag vor der Reise per WhatsApp. Obwohl die Abholung für 12 Uhr mittags geplant war, sahen wir Herrn Jayas Van bereits um 10.30 Uhr neben dem Hotel geparkt. Herr Jaya war geduldig und gab meinen älteren Eltern Zeit, langsam in den Van ein- und auszusteigen. Er war auch rücksichtsvoll und hielt während der 4,5-stündigen Fahrt zweimal an, damit wir Toilettenpausen machen konnten. Er half uns auch beim Ein- und Ausladen unseres Gepäcks und unserer Taschen und fuhr vorsichtig, um unsere Sicherheit zu gewährleisten.

A very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was calm, the service was prompt, and the staff was very professional. Worth the price. Will definitely repeat.

My son loves this place because the kids' pool has slides. This is my second stay here. This is an old hotel, but the management takes good care of it. Just that.. There are places where the piping smells clogged, so maybe that should be fixed. The wifi is great! and the beach is just behind the hotel. overall is good!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. This time, I brought my parents as well as my brother and his family. We love the hotel’s interior, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly, especially Cik Mazlinda. The way she greeted and assisted us made us feel right at home. In addition, my kids love the kids club very much!
