Great stay with amazing mountain views in Sa Pa We had a lovely stay at Phuong Nam Hotel in Sa Pa. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful mountain view that made our mornings extra special. The bed was cozy, and the room was well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff were very kind, accommodating, and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The hotel’s location is also convenient—close to the town center but still quiet and peaceful. Overall, Phuong Nam Hotel is a great value for money and a perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing in Sa Pa. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Sehr gute Lage, da es nah am Stadtzentrum liegt. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, das Bett ist sehr groß. War nur überrascht, dass die Check-out-Zeit 10 Uhr statt 12 Uhr ist. Ich musste mich beeilen, um auszuchecken.

Nice Location walking distance to sun plaza station, great breakfast! its just the guard who accompany us to the room is waiting for the money when he gave us he is like mad to us because we give him just 10k dong!

Everything was perfect. It’s located near Sun Plaza, Sapa. The view is amazing—if you choose the mountain view, you can even watch the train passing by. But my room’s view was blocked by a roof. The only downside is that there’s a new building being constructed next to the hotel. You can rent a motorcycle—just tell the receptionist. You can also check in early if a room is available, but there’s an extra charge. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. I’d definitely come back. Oh, and they gave us tea as a welcome gift!

hotel location: One of the best location if you wanted a view of the furnicular railway and the mountain. hotel location: it is a few minutes walk to Sun Plaza and near to tourist attractions. transport access:transport access is easy thru grab breakfast:breakfast is good. they a variety to choose from. service:what i like most is the service they extended to their guests. they go the extra mile to accomodate our requests. The staffs were friendly and the Manager, Ms. Elvy is very accomodating, nice and helpful. She even offered to book our tickets for our Cat Cat Village and Moana tours as well as our train ticket going back to Hanoi.

Sicherlich eines der besten Hotels in Sapa. Ich war nur für einen Tag dort und hatte eine wundervolle Erfahrung. Das Frühstück war fantastisch. Und sie haben einen zweiten Eingang im 14. Stock, was super war. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war hervorragend.

Strongly recommend this hotel . Booked 2 Classic rooms with twin beds for my family of 4 close to Christmas and had the most comfortable 3 night stay at this hotel. Upon arrival after taking the sleeper train early in the morning , the staff quickly helped us with the luggages and gave us towels and drinks to relax. We were able to take a break at the huge reception area before setting out to nearby restaurants. Room was beautifully decorated and huge, with balcony facing the streets. Great location just next to Sapa station n Sun Plaza . yet not noisy from the room. Breakfast was a fantastic spread and we always looked forward. the whole hotel and the service staff were exceptional . Definitely will come back again !

had a great stay here. The receptionist, Selena was beyond helpful and very accommodating, would 100% recommend this place and would definitely comeback. the location is 5 min walk to sun plaza which made it very convenient. hotel location: very near to a lot ot places specially sun plaza. also there’s atm across the hotel, agribank. service: service is beyond great specially Selena Thanh Xuan, she’s very helpful and warm towards us. she helped us planned all the itinerary that we haven’t done yet, even the ticket, entrance and car ride which made our whole stay in sapa memorable, smooth and easy. cleanliness:the hotel is clean
