I'm giving this 5 stars. The location is very close to the Forest Park. Although the lobby isn't overly luxurious, they offer complimentary sodas, ice cream, and popsicles, which are a must-have after a strenuous day of hiking. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and the decor was very relaxing. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was standard; nothing surprising, but I believe it's quite substantial compared to other hotel breakfasts in this area. The staff were friendly and helpful. I compared prices on other websites, and Klook offered a better deal. In summary: you can confidently book this hotel.

Traveled to different countries and by far, this resort was the best one I ever booked and stayed at. The front desk lady/ whoever’s on duty were all so nice and accomodating. The room itself was the best part! It was bigger than we expected, and so much clean. I had a very good sleep for the 2 nights we were there. Will definitely recommend this to friends who’ll be visiting Zhangjiajie or if I’d ever come back.

A wonderful hotel! We arrived early and were immediately checked in without any extra charge. It's a convenient 10-minute walk to the cable car for "Heaven's Gate." There's also a pedestrian food street nearby. The staff is very attentive! 👍 Don't miss the 72 Towers and the Red Fox show, which are also close by!

I travel from country to country and have stayed in many hotels, but this hotel truly stood out! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced during my travels. Every staff member I encountered was professional, proficient, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the location was absolutely perfect—convenient and ideally situated. From the service to the cleanliness and location, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making my stay such a positive and memorable experience! ❤️

Absolutely wonderful experience staying at no. 5 valley lodge! The staff went above and beyond with the level of service. If you plan to visit wulingyuan, they will arrange the tickets for you, advise you on the routes you should take for each day of your trip, and bring you to and from the park entrance (just a short ride). If you have any questions about the park, you can message them on wechat and they will advise accordingly. Once back from the park, you can send a message again to preorder your dinner - it'll be ready as soon as you sit down in the restaurant. Don't forget a swimsuit, because they have a heated pool with a mountain view.
