nice hotel.. spacious room.. comfy bed..love the facility.. just breakfast so so and just 1 pillow provided per bed..if extra needed charge at rm5/pillow

This hotel is very family-friendly and perfect for a staycation with kids. There are plenty of activities to do, and the hotel has many restaurants to choose from, so you don’t even need to go out for meals.
The only downside is that the kids’ club requires children to wear socks. If you don’t bring your own, you have to buy a pair for RM6 each. I personally think that’s a bit expensive. 🤣

The room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great facilities and peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Der Ort ist großartig in einem Vorort von Kuantan, Balok. Ich liebe das Bett, es ist so weich und perfekt zum Schlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet, so gut! Ich habe so fest geschlafen! Allerdings war die Toilette etwas muffig, und als ich spülte, wurde das Wasser braun. Es gab keinen Warmwasserbereiter. Ich konnte nachts und morgens auch Tierschritte an der Decke hören. Ich liebe diesen Ort, ich hoffe, es gibt in Zukunft Verbesserungen.

From the warm hospitality to the spacious grounds, everything made our stay enjoyable. The kids absolutely loved the beach, while we appreciated how relaxing the resort felt. The staff especially Ms Lorina who attended our check-in process were genuinely friendly and always ready to help. A perfect place for a family getaway. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a kid-friendly beach resort in Kuantan.

We were very satisfied with our 3-day, 2-night vacation at this hotel. The lamb fried rice at the cafe was delicious, and the portion of lamb was generous. What our children loved most was the swimming pool and its proximity to the beach. When the kids are happy, the parents are happy too. The only minor issue was some sand in the room. Overall, everything was great, and we will definitely repeat our stay next time.

A very calming hotel. The room was clean. Very peaceful. Perfect for getting away from KL to clear your mind. All the staff provided excellent cooperation. All the staff were friendly and smiled. I will definitely repeat my stay at this hotel.
