The hotel is very near the airport and there is shuttle bus service between the two places. The arrangement is perfect for travellers who arrive late or need to take the flight in the early morning.

Was the perfect first night. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and organized, The location was great with plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, along with being close enough to a station to walk there without hearing the trains go by while you sleep. The buffet breakfast was also the perfect way to start the morning and allow you to eat while planning your day. 5/5

I had a pleasant stay at the International Garden Hotel Narita. The staff were courteous and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process hassle-free. My room was clean, and is equipped with the things I needed. I really appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, and the convenient location -- close to Narita Airport (with free airport shuttle services). Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Loved the hotel! Felt luxurious. They have shuttle buses to and from the Narita Airport terminals, to and from Narita Staion and Aeon Mall. Schedule is until around 11PM for Narita Station and Airport. Room was spacious, clean, and has all the amenities. Easy check in and out. Family Mart is available inside the hotel and open 24 hours.

Die Duschen und Toiletten sind makellos sauber und der Check-in-Prozess ist schnell und reibungslos, ideal für müde Reisende.
In der Kapsel gibt es eine Steckdose und eine verstellbare Beleuchtung mit einem Knopf zum Dimmen oder vollständigen Ausschalten des Lichts. Die Hausordnung sorgt für eine friedliche Atmosphäre: kein Sprechen, Essen oder Auspacken im Kapselbereich, obwohl das Trinken von Wasser erlaubt ist. Die Kapseln sind täglich von 10:00 bis 14:00 Uhr zur Reinigung geschlossen, daher sollten Aufenthalte entsprechend geplant werden. Der Check-in verlief einfach und schnell. Die Rezeption war hilfsbereit und führte durch den Prozess. Es gibt viele Parkplätze, aber man muss dafür bezahlen (Nachteil). Der Koi-Garten draußen war wunderschön, die Landschaft friedlich und authentisch. Nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Das Zimmer hat viel Platz, es werden aber mehr Kissen benötigt. Ich habe nicht gefrühstückt, es gibt aber einen praktischen Laden.
