The collection mainly focuses on Kindai Nihonga (Modern Japanese paintings after Meiji era). The Museum also has collections of oil paintings, Ukiyoe, and Ancient Japanese Calligraphy.

Our wagashi, Japanese sweets, are Cafe Tsubaki originals, based on selecting motifs--flowers, fruit, and animals--from the works in each exhibition and specially ordering them from Kikuya, a confectionary with a long and distinguished history in Aoyama.

Während andere Ermäßigungen nicht gewährt werden können, war es schön, etwas günstiger sein zu können, und die Sonderausstellung war wunderbar. Das Personal war mit diesem Ticket noch nicht vertraut und ließ mich ohne Nummer eintreten.
