Booking guidelines
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- A deposit of MYR350 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
- You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service
- There is a minimum 3 day charge. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price for the extra days when you return the device
Return Procedure:
- Return the device to your selected drop off point
- Device data usage is unlimited and a Fair Usage Policy is applicable
- For Non-Malaysian passport holders, you will be refunded the full MYR350 deposit within 7 working days should everything be in order
Additional information
- Please note that the pick up and drop off days are inclusive in the booking period, any extra days will be charged at the original retail price of MYR15 per day
- The 4G speed will be reduced to 3G after you pass the 3GB usage, and will return to a 4G speed at 00:00, the next day
Country Fair Usage Policy
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data usage limited at the discretion of the telecommunications company they are subscribed to
- Please refrain from watching videos for a long time, or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time

Erschwinglich und wirklich bequem! Die Internetverbindung enttäuscht mich nicht! Dies ist natürlich ein Muss, wenn Sie nach Japan reisen!
Wunderbar teuer mit der Nankai-Linie für unsere erste Reise nach Osaka, Japan. Es wird definitiv nicht unser letztes sein. Das Personal gab den Passagieren keine Probleme und war sehr gut orientiert. Ich empfehle Touristen dringend, die Nankai- und JR-Dienste zu nutzen, wenn Sie zum ersten Mal in Osaka sind.
Tolles Pocket-WLAN mit unglaublicher Geschwindigkeit. Habe es vor der Abreise nach Japan bekommen. Kann von mehreren Benutzern geteilt werden. Ich habe es in meinem Begpack aufbewahrt und überall hin mitgenommen. Während dieser Reise haben wir es geschafft, Osaka und Kyoto abzudecken. Beide Orte scheinen es zu haben Sehr gute Konnektivität. Sogar in den Zügen - super reibungslose Verbindung. Ich bin froh, dass wir das superschnelle Pocket-WLAN kaufen können. Hoffentlich verschwindet die Covid-Pandemie so, dass wir wie damals reisen können.
Dieses WLAN ist sehr hilfreich mit einer Akkulaufzeit von bis zu 8 Stunden.
Ich hatte einen fairen Anteil am Kauf eines Wifi-Geräts auf alten Reisen und die Verbindung, es ist unbeschreiblich. Stellen Sie sich vor, die Verbindung wird immer wieder getrennt. Aber ich habe mich entschieden, es mit Wiyo Wifi Device zu versuchen, und es entspricht definitiv meinen Erwartungen. Wenn Sie in einer Gruppe von mehr als 2 Personen reisen, empfehle ich Wiyo für die WLAN-Vermietung, ansonsten wäre die SIM-Karte viel kostengünstiger.
Das Roaming Man 4G Wifi-Gerät gab uns während unserer gesamten Reise in der Region Kansai - Osaka, Kyoto, Uji, Shiga, Arashiyama, Nara und Kobe - eine ununterbrochene Internetverbindung. In Bezug auf die Akkuleistung hielt es länger als wir erwartet hatten. Das Einlöse- und Rückgabeverfahren ist sehr kundenfreundlich. Ich werde es in Betracht ziehen, es bei meiner nächsten Reise wieder zu verwenden.
