Pick Up and Drop Off Information:
- For Kansai International Airport Pick-up: Please head to EasyGo counter located in T1 International Arrival Hall 1F north exit, and receive boarding ticket at the counter by exchanging with a QR voucher. A staff will then guide you to the bus boarding location
- For other locations: Please be at the pick up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time
- No refunds will be issued for no shows and latecomers
- For 8:10am pick up service from Kansai Airport, please contact the driver to confirm your booking

In Sachen Umtausch bin ich nur etwas unzufrieden mit dem Kundenservice, weil ich nachgefragt habe ob das Gepäck dabei ist, und der Kundenservice verneinte, aber es stellt sich heraus, dass 2 Gepäckstücke inkludiert werden können.
Es ist besser, sie vor Ihrem tatsächlichen Abreisedatum anzurufen, um sie erneut zu bestätigen. Als ich die Hotelrezeption bat, sie anzurufen, sagten sie dem Hotel, dass es keine Reservierung unter meinem Namen gebe. Ich ging auch zum Abholpunkt und fragte die Mitarbeiter, die dort arbeiteten, aber sie sagten, sie hätten noch nie einen Abholbus vom Flughafen vor ihrem Geschäft gesehen. Ich war an meinem Abreisetag 30 Minuten zu früh am Abholpunkt. Es war ein Mini-Van statt eines Busses. Die zuständige Sachbearbeiterin Frau Du sagte, sie habe das Geschäft bereits darüber informiert. Vielleicht erinnern sie sich nicht. Der Fahrer, Herr Yan, war sehr effizient und als wir den 2. Abholpunkt erreichten, warteten wir 20 Minuten auf den Passagier, aber niemand tauchte auf. Also fuhr der Fahrer los. Nochmals vielen Dank an den Klook-Support, Frau Du und Herr Yan.
Einen Tag vor der Busfahrt bestätigt der Kundendienstmitarbeiter den Einstiegsort und die Uhrzeit per E-Mail und teilt den bestätigten Warteort mit. Noch am selben Tag hilft Ihnen ein Servicemitarbeiter beim Scannen des QR-Codes und Sie können das Auto zum Flughafen bringen! Empfehlen Sie diesen Service aufrichtig, Sie müssen nicht mit großen Taschen und kleinen Taschen in der U-Bahn und Straßenbahn rauf und runter gehen, und ich bin zu dieser Tageszeit die einzige.Wenn Sie als Familie reisen, schon wie ein Auto zu chartern~~👍
Unkompliziert, schnell, guter Fahrer. Man muss nur wissen, wohin man von der Haltestelle aus gehen muss. Das Auto fährt weit zum Hotel, aber verwenden Sie vor der Reise die Ergebnisse der Google Map-Umfrage. Danke Klook

Ich dachte, es wäre ein Bus, aber ich habe nicht erwartet, dass es ein Minibus ist, ein gemietetes Auto für eine Gruppe von 6 Personen. Vielleicht wissen nicht viele Leute davon!
