the best tour package since there are lots of snowfall during our time, the driver/tour guide really took care of us and also took pictures/videos of us. highly recommended for first time doing this activity, will do it again if ever we go back in sapporo.
The view of Mount Moere from within the park was a picturesque backdrop. The snow-capped mountain added a serene and majestic touch to the overall landscape, enhancing the sense of tranquility.

Moerenuma ist mit dem Pendeln oder alleine etwas schwer zu erreichen, daher ist es eine große Hilfe, einen Lehrer in der Nähe zu haben!! 👍🏼 HIRO IST WUNDERBAR! Er brachte uns die verschiedenen Arten von Fußabdrücken im Schnee bei und machte unsere Fotos. Er war sehr geduldig mit uns. Vergessen Sie dabei nicht, Ihre Sonnenbrille mitzubringen und viel Sonnencreme auf Ihr Gesicht aufzutragen. Ich habe diese Aktivität sehr genossen!

Mr Hiro and company were very accomodating. My daughter and I enjoyed a lot in the park while snowshoeing. They capture videos and pictures like a pro. We highly recommend this activity if you are planning a trip to Sapporo during winter.
活動前一天聯繫Klook客服人員，詢問活動當天集合時間、地點以及導遊聯絡方式，確認集合時間、地點後，Klook說供應商會發email聯繫我，而我卻一直沒有收到，詢問了一下午還是一無所獲，隔天早上提早15分鐘到指定地點等待，還到處詢問路過的人，前前後後花了30分鐘的時間，確定自己被放鳥了⋯⋯ 還好Klook有退款，但僅有退款不免讓人感覺誠意不足，畢竟我們也花了很多時間詢問、等待，行李中也針對滑雪行程準備相關物品，這部份卻必須自行吸收，不免讓人覺得不近人情

Wir hatten zum ersten Mal eine wirklich tolle Zeit beim Schneeschuhwandern. Der Moerenuma Park war wunderbar im Schnee zu erkunden und unser Guide Jiro machte einige großartige Fotos in unserer 6-köpfigen Gruppe. Der Transport zum und vom Hotel war sehr praktisch. Sehr lustig und ideal für Anfänger.

Es ist ein großartiger Ort, um mit Ihrer Familie oder Freunden zu gehen. Es wäre besser, wenn der Guide Kaffee oder Tee im heißen Becher mitbringen würde, damit wir ihn mitten im Park oder zwischen den Weihnachtsbäumen mit dem Schnee trinken könnten
