- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32in (80cm x 40cm x 40cm), and cannot weigh more than 30kg
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack, or bag (briefcase). Please note that sports equipment, wheelchairs, and other non-bag materials have to be under 100x100cm
- Please don't leave your passport, flight documents, mobile phone, laptop and other important personal items in your luggage
- Please make sure to check your luggage upon pick up. If you find something wrong with your luggage, please consult with one of the customer service staffs of the operator
- Once the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete then operator will no longer bear any responsibility
- Please do not keep prohibited items in the airport in your luggage
- If the luggage does not meet one of the legal rules, the service will be terminated even the booking is successful. The customer will bear all the losses and any legal liabilities for the incident
- Upon checkout, just drop off your luggage at the front desk of your hotel and the operator will come to pick up the luggage. Please remember to take photos of your luggage and storage receipt from the receptionist before leaving the hotel
- An amount up to VND22,000,000 per luggage insurance will cover relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage. This does not include baggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations, and airfare costs
- For customers who are staying at an Airbnb affiliated properties, the operator will contact you to reconfirm the pick up and drop off time
- Customers will receive full refunds from the operator for 20 mintues late deliveries

Wenn Sie Ihr Gepäck am letzten Tag der Reise nach dem Auschecken im Hotel lassen, ist es mühsam, zum Hotel zurückzukehren, um es abzuholen, aber die Moving Company schickte es direkt zum Flughafen, also war es wirklich praktisch.
Dieser Service selbst ist sehr praktisch. Aber als ich ankam, schien das Personal vor der Rezeption nicht sehr vertraut damit zu sein, was zu tun ist. Ansonsten ist der Service für Touristen sehr zu empfehlen. Mein Gepäck wurde zweimal reibungslos umgeladen.
Der Ablauf ist sehr bequem! Ich habe mein Gepäck am letzten Tag der Reise morgens im Hotel gelassen und kann in den nächsten vier Stunden problemlos einkaufen und in die Therme gehen. Ich wurde per WhatsApp über die Abholung informiert und Lieferung meines Gepäcks, und schließlich fuhr ich mit dem Bus zum Hotel neben dem internationalen Terminal, das Inlandsterminal findet ihre Firma, um das Gepäck abzuholen, und es dauert nur zehn Minuten, bis ich zum internationalen Terminal zurückfahre.
Um an einer Tour teilzunehmen, beantragte ich nach dem Check-out am selben Tag, mein Gepäck zu schicken und es am Flughafen abzuholen, aber der örtliche Manager sagte mir, ich solle die Tour stornieren und eine Rückerstattung vornehmen.
