Fukuoka Takachiho Gorge & Gorge Railway and Ama no Iwato Shrine Full-Day Guided Tour

[Note] The mini-train will not be running on the following Thursdays in 2025 (June 19 / July 17 / August 21 / September 18 / October 16 / November 20) and every third Thursday of the month in 2026. Instead, the tour will visit Takachiho Shrine. From December 30 to January 3, during the Japanese New Year, the tour will visit Takachiho Shrine (no Dazaifu, no mini-train). Traffic congestion is expected during Japanese weekends and holidays, and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on the actual situation. We recommend that you do not book dinner, flights, or Shinkansen bullet trains for the same day, and bring light snacks and a portable charger. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests, but as this is a shared tour, seats are generally assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special needs, please let us know in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordinator of the tour guide on the day. We hope to have your understanding and tolerance, thank you for your consideration.

• The tour will be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not reached. You will be notified of the cancellation by email 1 day before departure.
• In the event of bad weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made whether or not to depart 1 day before departure (local time 18:00), and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter. Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the same evening. We apologize for any delays.
• The company is not responsible for, and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling due to unavoidable factors such as traffic or weather conditions that prevent participation in the tour or poor photo quality of scenery. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please note that the itinerary or time spent at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion or facility maintenance.
• The company will not provide any refunds if passengers abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be changed to other routes or joined midway, you will be responsible for any losses incurred if you are unable to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons. • If children under 3 years old need a seat, please purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult, and needs to be noted.
• Children under 2 years old can participate for free without occupying a seat, which needs to be noted, otherwise, it cannot be arranged. Type of vehicle used: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. When a small number of people are on the tour, the driver will also serve as an attendant to provide full tour service, without additional tour leaders.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The tour will not be canceled or refunded due to this. Thank you for your understanding.
• During the flower season/autumn foliage season, there will be a large number of people, and there is a possibility of serious traffic jams. It is recommended to bring your own light snacks.
• The flowering/autumn foliage season will be slightly earlier or later depending on the weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as usual regardless of the flowering/autumn foliage situation. Thank you for your understanding.
• Day trip itineraries do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers.
