• Authentication applicants must submit proof of identity under their own name; otherwise, the authentication application will not be accepted and will be cancelled.
• This event is a standing-room-only event: physical tickets will have queue numbers. Please queue for admission according to the instructions of the staff on site.
• Queue numbers are not applicable to wheelchair tickets, and sightlines in some locations may be partially obstructed.

MIRO Exclusive: "HI MIRO! Fan Meeting Festival 2025 – Third Session" ("Fan Meeting Festival") Ticket Purchase Event ("This Event") Terms and Conditions ("These Terms and Conditions")

Ticketing Matters

• The organizer of this event is MakerVille Company Limited ("Organizer").
• The Fan Meeting Festival will be held on August 30, 2025, with a total of 2 sessions.
• Only individuals who have successfully registered as members of the MIRROR Official Fan Club ("MIRO") and hold a valid MIRO membership at the time of ticket purchase ("Eligible Persons") may purchase tickets for the Fan Meeting Festival ("Event Tickets").
• The Organizer will send a notification email to the MIRO registered contact email of all Eligible Persons on July 19, 2025, which will include a MIRO exclusive code consisting of 10 characters (“MIRO Exclusive Code”) for the purchase of Event Tickets. To view your MIRO registered contact email, please log in to https://www.mirrorweare.com/.
• If Eligible Persons have not received the above notification email by July 21, 2025, please contact the Organizer as soon as possible by logging in to https://www.mirrorweare.com/.
• Eligible Persons can register and/or log in to their KLOOK membership account through the designated KLOOK website or KLOOK application ("Designated Website or Application") starting from 3:00 PM on July 25, 2025 ("Ticketing Period"), and purchase no more than 1 Event Ticket with the MIRO Exclusive Code. Each MIRO Exclusive Code can only be used for one KLOOK membership account, and each KLOOK membership account can only make 1 transaction. Event Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis during the Ticketing Period, and are available in limited quantities while supplies last. Please note:
• The price of all Event Tickets is subject to the pricing announced by the Organizer.
• In addition to the ticket price of the Event Tickets, Eligible Persons must pay a handling fee of HKD 40 per Event Ticket when purchasing tickets on the Designated Website or Application.
• Eligible Persons must select a MIRROR member to attend a designated segment of the Fan Meeting Festival at the time of ticket purchase. Each member has a ticket quota, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. The selection cannot be changed after successful ticket purchase.
• Each MIRO Exclusive Code is unique and can only be used once. Eligible Persons can use their MIRO Exclusive Code to purchase Event Tickets once during the Ticketing Period.
• Eligible Persons must properly keep their MIRO Exclusive Code and Event Tickets. The Organizer will not be responsible for any matters and losses caused by the loss, smearing, damage, theft or unauthorized use of the MIRO Exclusive Code and/or Event Tickets, and will not arrange for reissue or replacement. To avoid unauthorized use, Eligible Persons should not disclose their MIRO Exclusive Code to others.
• Eligible Persons agree that the Organizer may provide their MIRO Exclusive Code to a third party for identity verification, ticket purchase and any other purposes related to this Event. KLOOK will verify the eligibility of Eligible Persons based on the MIRO Exclusive Code (and/or other information, as applicable). If, for any reason, KLOOK or the Organizer is unable to verify the information of Eligible Persons or causes Eligible Persons to fail to purchase tickets successfully, the Organizer shall not be liable for any responsibility and will not make any compensation or additional arrangements.
• The time of purchase of Event Tickets is based on the record of KLOOK's computer system. If any person fails to complete the purchase of Event Tickets during the Ticketing Period due to any failure or delay of any computer equipment, software, the Internet or any website, any system or technical problems or other reasons (including but not limited to failure to complete the transaction process or incorrect filling of information during the Ticketing Period), the Organizer shall not be liable for any responsibility and will not make any compensation or special arrangements.
• Successful login to the Designated Website or Application by any Eligible Person during the Ticketing Period does not represent or guarantee successful purchase of Event Tickets.
• After successful ticket purchase, Eligible Persons will receive an order confirmation email from KLOOK.
• Event Tickets are expected to be sent out in mid-August 2025 and will be mailed by SF Express to the Hong Kong address filled in by the Eligible Person who successfully purchased the tickets at the time of purchase. An additional delivery fee of HKD 40 per order will be charged.
• Eligible Persons must check and ensure that the options and information submitted (including session, member selection and delivery address, etc.) are correct when purchasing tickets on the Designated Website or Application. The Organizer is not responsible for any matters (including ticket loss, etc.) caused by any reason. Event Ticket ordering and delivery services are subject to KLOOK's relevant terms and conditions.
• The queue number of the Event Ticket will be randomly assigned by KLOOK, and Eligible Persons must accept the assigned queue number arrangement. The Fan Meeting Festival will be held in a free-standing format, and the audience's sightlines in some locations of the event venue may be partially obstructed. Eligible Persons shall not object. The number of Event Tickets for each session is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
• Unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, all Event Tickets sold are non-cancellable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable. The fees paid during the transaction (including but not limited to ticket price, handling fee and delivery fee (if applicable)) will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Event Tickets are sold by a third party (i.e. KLOOK). The Organizer is not responsible for the sale of Event Tickets and related matters. For inquiries about the sale of Event Tickets, you can contact KLOOK through the online chat system or contact KLOOK Customer Service at /help-center/.
• Any Event Tickets sold through the Designated Website or Application will be subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the Designated Website or Application.

Matters Regarding This Event and Admission to the Fan Meeting Festival

• The Fan Meeting Festival is only open to persons aged 16 or above with valid identification documents. Attendees must meet the relevant age restrictions. Once it is discovered that any person is unable to present a valid identification document to verify their identity, such person will be refused entry to the venue by the Organizer or venue staff, and no compensation or refund will be given.
• If Eligible Persons are under the age of 18, they must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians before participating in this Event and the Fan Meeting Festival. By participating in this Event, Eligible Persons represent that they have obtained the prior consent of their parents or legal guardians.
• All persons must present a designated physical Event Ticket upon admission on a one-person-one-ticket basis. Any photocopies will be deemed invalid. If any person is unable to present a valid physical Event Ticket, they will be refused entry to the event venue and participation in the Fan Meeting Festival. The Organizer shall not be liable for this and will not provide any refund arrangements.

Other Matters

• By participating in this Event, Eligible Persons represent that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If there is any violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or cause the cancellation of the Event Tickets of such persons and/or their eligibility to participate in this Event, purchase tickets, receive tickets and/or enter the venue, and permanently revoke their MIRO membership, without any compensation or refund, as it deems appropriate.
• Eligible Persons and attendees must comply with and agree to be bound by the relevant terms of use, terms of service and conditions and/or applicable terms and conditions of this Event, KLOOK and/or the event venue organization. Under no circumstances shall Eligible Persons and/or attendees make any claims against the Organizer regarding Event Tickets and/or other matters related to the Fan Meeting Festival.
• If any person fails to comply with the relevant regulations or rules of the event venue, the Organizer and/or the event venue organization has the right to take corresponding measures (including but not limited to refusing such person's admission and requiring such person to leave) without any compensation or refund. Eligible Persons and attendees shall be solely responsible for all losses and legal consequences arising from violations of the relevant regulations and rules.
• All Event Tickets and MIRO Exclusive Codes are for private enjoyment only and shall not be speculated, resold, transferred, exchanged for cash or other items, or used for any commercial or non-private purposes not authorized by the Organizer. If the Organizer discovers or suspects any of the foregoing acts or any illegal acts (including but not limited to misappropriation of personal data or forgery of identification documents), the Organizer has the right to cancel or cause the cancellation of the Event Tickets of the relevant persons and/or their eligibility to participate in this Event, purchase tickets, receive tickets and/or enter the venue, and permanently revoke their MIRO membership, without making any compensation or refund, and reserves the right to take legal action as it deems appropriate. All ticket fees will not be refunded.
• The date, time and all process details of the Fan Meeting Festival, including but not limited to the content, list of attendees and/or mode (whether or not announced) are provisional and for reference only. The Organizer makes no representations or warranties. The Organizer has the right to change, modify, postpone or cancel the Fan Meeting Festival or any of its scheduled programs, segments or activities as necessary without prior notice, and is not required to provide any compensation or indemnity to the attendees. Attendees shall not object.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for:
• Any direct or indirect loss or damage caused to or caused by any person as a result of this Event and/or the Fan Meeting Festival;
• Any direct or indirect loss or damage caused to or caused by Eligible Persons or attendees as a result of participating in this Event and/or the Fan Meeting Festival.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eligible Persons agree to indemnify the Organizer and shall be liable for any direct or indirect liability or loss suffered or incurred by the Organizer as a result of the following, including but not limited to all claims, demands, legal actions, lawsuits, damages, settlements, judgments, fees and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees):
• Any direct or indirect loss or damage caused to or caused by the Organizer, other persons or event venue organizations as a result of any act of Eligible Persons or attendees during any process of participating in this Event and/or the Fan Meeting Festival; and
• Any direct or indirect loss or damage caused to or caused by the Organizer, other persons or event venue organizations as a result of accepting, holding, using or abusing Event Tickets and/or MIRO Exclusive Codes, or participating in any activities related to the transfer, sale or speculation of Event Tickets and/or MIRO Exclusive Codes, or other commercial activities not authorized by the Organizer.
• If, due to any force majeure cause, including but not limited to the spread of disease, epidemics, pandemics, outbreaks, fire, casualties, accidents, natural disasters, natural disasters, updates to regulations by the government or any regulatory or law enforcement agency, law enforcement, laws, orders, declarations, regulations, requirements or regulations, political unrest, social unrest, civil unrest, riots, rebellions or because the government intends to obstruct, confront or defend turmoil, strikes, labor disputes, labor shortages or shortages of skilled workers, shortages or lack of supply of products or raw materials, delays in transportation or traffic, or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer (whether or not similar to the foregoing reasons), resulting in the Organizer being unable to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer shall not be liable to the extent of such impediment.
• If refunds or other arrangements need to be made due to changes, delays or cancellations of the Fan Meeting Festival by the Organizer, the Organizer reserves the right to require Eligible Persons or attendees who have successfully purchased tickets to present the relevant valid and complete original Event Tickets and has the right to refuse to make relevant arrangements for those who fail to present the required documents.
• If the Fan Meeting Festival is delayed, rescheduled or cancelled due to inclement weather or special circumstances on the day of the Fan Meeting Festival, please pay attention to the latest announcements and arrangements on the Organizer’s official social media pages (https://www.facebook.com/makerville.official and https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official) and/or the MIRROR Official Fan Club’s official social media pages (https://www.facebook.com/miro.weallare and https://www.instagram.com/miro.weallare). The Organizer shall not be liable for any disappointment, inconvenience, loss or damage caused to Eligible Persons as a result of such delays, rescheduling or cancellations.
• Eligible Persons agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the terms as updated from time to time (as applicable). The Organizer has the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The Organizer reserves the right to final interpretation and decision on these Terms and Conditions and/or all other related matters, and its decisions shall be binding on Eligible Persons. Any updated or modified terms and conditions will take effect upon posting on www.mirrorweare.com.
• If the Organizer discovers or suspects that any Eligible Person is abusing the system, their MIRO account information is questionable, or providing incorrect or false information, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or cause the cancellation of such person's eligibility to participate in this Event, purchase tickets, receive tickets and/or enter the venue. The Organizer also has the right to require Eligible Persons to present valid identification documents and/or provide other information for verification. The Organizer's decision is final and binding, and Eligible Persons agree to waive the right to challenge or object to this decision. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the relevant Eligible Persons or any third party.
• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Any illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision shall be amended to the extent necessary to make it legal, valid or enforceable, otherwise it shall be deleted from these Terms and Conditions, and all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
• The Organizer has the right to change, amend, suspend or terminate this Event, the Fan Meeting Festival and/or any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and reserves the right to final interpretation and decision on these Terms and Conditions and/or all other related matters, and its decisions shall be binding on Eligible Persons and attendees.
• If there is any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, this Event, the Fan Meeting Festival and/or other related matters, the Organizer reserves the final and binding right of decision.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). Eligible Persons and attendees agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
• Personal Data Collection Statement: The Organizer will collect, use and retain the personal data and other information (“the Information”) provided by Eligible Persons to the Organizer in accordance with its privacy statement (available at www.mirrorweare.com). Eligible Persons agree that the Organizer may use the Information for the purposes of this Event and other purposes related to the Fan Meeting Festival or subscription of Event Tickets (including but not limited to verifying identity). In addition, Eligible Persons agree that the Organizer may disclose the Information to administrative and service agents (including but not limited to KLOOK) and payment systems related to this Event and other administrative and service agents related to the Fan Meeting Festival or subscription of Event Tickets to process all necessary processes for this Event and other events related to the Fan Meeting Festival or subscription of Event Tickets.
