Once you've earned at least 10 credits, you can use them at the checkout page of any booking to get money off. And the more credits you have, the more discount you get!
When you're about to make the payment, select your credits to use them.
Any credits you earned in one year can be used until the end of the year after.
So if you earned 100 credits in 2020, they are valid until December 31, 2021.
For some activities, you can amend the booking details (e.g. participation date, passenger information, special requirements, etc.).
You will get an updated voucher once your amendments are confirmed.
However, if "Amendments not applicable" appears under your booking, it means that the booking cannot be amended.
