Ticketing Information

【Ticket Information】

• Each ticket is limited to one person for single entry and cannot be reused.
• For premium sets and dual commemorative physical ticket sets, please redeem them at the exhibition venue during the exhibition period (June 28, 2025 - October 6, 2025). Please complete the ticket verification at the entrance to redeem and enter.
• This ticket is a valuable ticket. Please keep it properly. It will be deemed invalid if it is lost, damaged, punched, altered, stained, photocopied, or torn, and no refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be accepted.
• This ticket is valid during the exhibition period (until October 6, 2025). It will be deemed invalid after the expiration date. For refund or exchange requests, please go to the original ticketing channel before October 6, 2025. Late requests will not be accepted. Please refer to the refund policies of each channel for refund and exchange procedures.
• The exhibition venue only accepts ticket refunds for tickets sold at the on-site ticket booth. A complete and unused ticket, invoice, and credit card slip must be presented. A 10% handling fee of the actual sales price will be charged for each ticket refund.
• Children under 3 years of age can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket (relevant documents must be presented; if no documents are presented, the height of 90 cm will be used as the criterion; the age calculation method is based on the actual age on the day of admission).
• Those with free admission qualifications should proactively present their identification documents to the service staff for verification before entering. If they do not meet the qualifications, please purchase a ticket according to your identity. Those who meet the preferential status (concessionary ticket, disability ticket) cannot request a partial refund or compensation for the ticket difference after entering with the ticket.
• In order for the service staff to clearly identify them, please ensure that necessary companions of people with disabilities closely follow the people with disabilities when entering.
• Please note that all contents of the set ticket combination must be complete and unused in order to be refunded as a set. Please refer to the refund policy instructions of each ticketing channel for handling.
• For any unmentioned matters above, please refer to the official website and FB announcements. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

【Admission Information】

• This exhibition is from June 28, 2025 to October 6, 2025.
• There are no storage services provided in the exhibition hall, and we are not responsible for personal property losses. Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables.
• Photography is allowed in some areas of this exhibition. The use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks, long lenses, and stabilizers is prohibited in all exhibition areas. Commercial photography and interviews are not allowed without prior permission.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans in the exhibition hall. Please use the restroom in the venue before entering for the visit.
• Please follow the visiting routes, exhibition rules, and instructions of on-site staff. If there are a lot of people, please queue up in order.
• It is forbidden to play, run, eat, or drink in the exhibition hall. Please do not bring food or beverages into the venue; smoking, chewing gum, and betel nuts are prohibited; it is forbidden to peddle or resell tickets at the exhibition site; if there is any improper behavior that is not effective after persuasion, you must leave the venue immediately and there shall be no objection, and the ticket fee will not be compensated or refunded.
• Pets (except guide dogs), large luggage, strollers, long-handled umbrellas, and various dangerous and prohibited items are not allowed in the exhibition hall; it is forbidden to pat or touch the exhibits and showcases in the exhibition hall. If there is any damage, compensation will be required at the original price.
• There are fixed-point staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order. If you find any suspicious persons or unidentified objects, find lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify the nearby staff for assistance.
• If you need to re-enter after leaving, you can stamp a re-entry stamp at the exit of the exhibition hall and re-enter the queue at the entrance. However, it is only limited to entering and exiting the exhibition during the exhibition business hours of the day. On weekdays (Monday to Friday) during the exhibition period, you do not need to purchase a ticket to purchase goods in the souvenir area. Please go to the souvenir area from the exit.
• In order to maintain the quality and safety of the exhibition, when the number of visitors in the exhibition hall reaches the upper limit, flow control will be implemented, and the ticket office will suspend ticket sales. Please cooperate with the instructions of the staff and wait in line at the entrance to enter the venue (the final admission time is 17:30).
