Rescue Hero POLI Exhibition 2025 - Tainan Edition

• Anyone holding an electronic ticket or electronic serial number must go to the on-site ticket office to cancel the ticket; no refunds will be accepted for cancelled electronic tickets and electronic serial numbers.
• Each ticket can only be used on the same day, and you can re-enter the venue on the same day with the stamp at the exit.
• Please keep the ticket properly. If it is lost, damaged or expired, it will not be reissued or replaced.
• The ticket is valid during the exhibition period (until 2025/11/16), and it will be deemed invalid after the expiration. If you need to refund the ticket, please go to the original ticket purchase channel to complete the process before the closing of the exhibition on 2025/11/16. After the deadline, it will not be accepted. Please refer to the refund regulations of the original ticket purchase channel for the refund process.
• The exhibition site only accepts refunds for tickets sold at the on-site ticket booth, and you must submit complete unused tickets, invoices, credit card receipts, etc.
• If there are any changes to the exhibition hours and regulations, please refer to the on-site or official fan page announcement. If there are any issues not covered in the above matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

Notes

• The organizer does not provide luggage storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition venue in accordance with the instructions of the staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property losses. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables properly.
• There are no toilets or trash cans in the exhibition venue. Please use the toilet outside the exhibition venue before entering the venue.
• Eating, chasing, playing, smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited in the exhibition venue. Please do not bring food, drinks, pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, any prohibited items and other dangerous items determined by the staff into the venue.
• It is prohibited to slap or touch exhibits and display cabinets in the exhibition venue. If there is damage to exhibits and related settings of the exhibition venue, compensation must be paid according to the price.
• Please follow the relevant regulations and instructions of the staff. If you do not follow the instructions and do not intend to improve after being advised, and cause injuries, damages, losses and other disputes, the organizer will not be responsible for any related responsibilities, and the organizer has the right to ask you to leave the venue without returning or compensating the ticket fee.
• There are designated staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order in the venue. If you find any suspicious people or unidentified objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify nearby staff for assistance.
• If there are any changes in the exhibition business hours and regulations, please follow the announcement on site or the official fan group. If there are any matters not covered in the above matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
