Unser Guide Ko war früh am Treffpunkt. Er ist sehr freundlich und gibt gute Informationen. Sein Englisch ist gut. Der Bus war sauber und komfortabel. Die vorgesehene Zeit war für jeden Ort optimal (1 Stunde auf der Erdbeerfarm, 2 Stunden im Ashikaga-Garten und fast 1 Stunde an einem Schrein).

Wir trafen uns an der Shinjuku Mode Academy und fanden den Reiseleiter erst um 8:36 Uhr. Das Abholerlebnis war schlecht. Am 12.05. habe ich mich mit der Anfahrt vom Hotel zum Treffpunkt vertraut gemacht. Ich kam am 13.5. um 8:00 Uhr an und umrundete die Mode Academy mehrmals. Um 8:30 Uhr hatte ich den Bus und den Reiseleiter mit der Flagge immer noch nicht gefunden. Ich habe jeden gefragt, der die Flagge hält, aber es war niemand. Bis ich einen Gast fragte, der an der Fuji-Tour teilnahm, sagte er, er habe einen dicken Mann mit Hut gehört, der nach Miss Chen suchte, und dann habe er plötzlich gesehen, wie der Reiseleiter nach jemandem suchte, aber er hatte keine Flagge. Ich rief den Namen des Reiseleiters und dann stieg er in den Bus. Der Treffpunkt ist sehr groß, es sind viele Leute da und es sind alles große Busse.
