Bewertung für: Lugu Lake View Hotel

Der örtliche Reiseveranstalter reagierte nicht. Die Bestätigung des Fahrers erfolgte gegen 23 Uhr am Vorabend der Abreise. Statt ins Hotel wurden wir in ein Gasthaus gebracht, wo wir einen Klempner rufen mussten, um das Wasserleck zu beheben. Außerdem mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln, da der örtliche Reiseveranstalter die zuständige Person nicht über unsere Anfrage bei der Buchung informiert hatte. Es gab kein Warmwasser, kein Trinkwasser in Flaschen, und die Heizung funktionierte mitten in der Nacht bei Temperaturen um die 6 Grad Celsius nicht! Keine High-End-Tour, wie der Titel es verspricht.
