Das Essen hat ein gewisses Niveau, aber für einen Michelin-Stern ist es etwas zu wenig. Der Küchenchef hat während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht versucht, mit nicht-japanischsprachigen Gästen zu kommunizieren. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Man kann es mal ausprobieren.
Chefkoch Fujikawa war unglaublich! Das ganze Erlebnis war unvergesslich. Jedes Gericht, jede Präsentation und der Geschmack waren einfach der Hammer und ich bin der festen Überzeugung, dass er mehr als einen Stern verdient!
Eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Obwohl der Laden klein ist, sind die Produkte durchaus zufriedenstellend. Die Dame, die beim Kochen hilft, kann Chinesisch und stellt den Inhalt jedes Gerichts ausführlich vor, was großartig ist👍🏻. Der Tempura schmeckt hervorragend und zum Abschluss gibt es Steintopfreis und Eis, beides einzigartig. Es ist auf jeden Fall in Ordnung, wenn man satt ist.
