Booking guidelines
- Compatible with iPhone X and later (iPhone 10 to iPhone 16 and newer series), and some Android phones. Please dial “*#06#” on your phone; if you immediately receive a response containing an EID number, then eSIM is supported. Please refer to the attached image for a list of compatible phone models.
- Incompatible models: iPhone only, most Android phones are not compatible. Android phones are not recommended for purchase. Phones manufactured and sold in China, Hong Kong, and Macau cannot use eSIM, and phones with carrier-locked numbers cannot use it. Please refer to the official website of your phone brand to confirm whether it supports eSIM.

Ursprünglich habe ich einfach die mit der höchsten Bewertung ausgewählt, aber nach der Ankunft am Flughafen Naha, der Installation der eSIM und dem Verlassen des Flugzeugs wurde immer wieder angezeigt, dass kein Dienst verfügbar ist und ich nicht ins Internet konnte. Ich nutzte das kostenlose WLAN des Flughafens, um LINE zu kontaktieren. Der Kundendienstmitarbeiter antwortete sehr schnell und erwähnte, dass dieses eSIM-Problem wohl häufiger bei Android-Systemen auftritt. Er erklärte, dass ich entweder eine Rückerstattung wählen oder einen anderen QR-Code für eine eSIM erhalten und diese erneut installieren könnte, um es auszuprobieren. Ich entschied mich später für die Installation einer anderen eSIM, und es funktionierte einwandfrei. Auch an mehreren Sehenswürdigkeiten im Norden und Süden von Okinawa waren das Signal und die Geschwindigkeit sehr gut. Obwohl es anfangs etwas holprig war, verdient der anschließende Service fünf Sterne!!
Zweiter Kauf, Installation und Nutzung verliefen reibungslos. Hat auch im Tokyo Disneyland einwandfrei funktioniert, sehr empfehlenswert 👍
Super praktisches 5G eSIM! Die Aktivierung war schnell, das Signal stabil und die Internetgeschwindigkeit hoch. Ich konnte Bilder ohne Verzögerung in Echtzeit hochladen. Perfekt für Reisen und den täglichen Gebrauch.
Ich habe diese Karte zusammen mit der DJB畅日-Karte gekauft. Das Internet ist stabiler als bei DJB und der Preis ist fast halb so hoch. Ich werde sie beim nächsten Ausflug wieder kaufen.
Vor der Abreise erhielt ich einen QR-Code, so dass ich nach der Ankunft in Japan sofort online gehen konnte. In der Region San'in (Tottori/Yonago) war der Empfang gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hoch. Sehr empfehlenswert ~~~
Zuverlässige Verbindung und Geschwindigkeit sind unbestreitbar schnell! Ich habe immer eine Verbindung, selbst wenn wir in hohen Bergen sind! Werde zum dritten Mal wieder eine eSIM von diesem Verkäufer kaufen.
Als ich mit meinem Freund in Japan war, hatten wir beide Internet von verschiedenen Anbietern. Ich erinnere mich, dass an einem bestimmten Ort während der Zugfahrt das Internet plötzlich schlecht wurde und wir keinen Empfang mehr hatten. Da aber beide unserer Internetverbindungen gleichzeitig schlecht waren, glaube ich nicht, dass es ein Problem mit dieser eSIM-Karte war. Ansonsten gab es keine größeren Probleme. Ich empfehle auch, dass man mit seinen Reisebegleitern Internet von verschiedenen Anbietern kauft, das ist sicherer.
Die Internetverbindung war während meiner gesamten Reise von Sapporo nach Kanazawa, Shirakawa-go und Tokio stabil und zuverlässig, und selbst verschneite Bedingungen beeinträchtigten die Verbindung nicht.

Das Internet war während meines Aufenthalts in Tokio sehr schnell und funktionierte immer. Ich hatte keinerlei Probleme bei der Installation und Einrichtung der eSIM. Würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und bei unserer nächsten Japanreise wieder nutzen.
