#【Notes on Tickets】 *Each ticket can only be used by one person and cannot be used repeatedly.

• Weekday tickets can only be used from Monday to Friday that are not national holidays. If you use it on a holiday, you will need to pay the difference; if you hold a holiday ticket and use it from Monday to Friday, the difference will not be refunded. (Holiday definition: every Saturday and Sunday, as well as 9/17 and 10/10) *Two people must enter the ticket at the same time and cannot be used separately; please present the QR code at the entrance to redeem the souvenir ticket. This package is a souvenir and cannot be used for admission.
• This ticket is a valuable ticket, please keep it properly. If it is lost, damaged, punched, altered, defaced, photocopied or torn, it will be deemed invalid and will not be returned or reissued.
• This ticket is valid during the exhibition period (ends on October 13, 2024), and will be deemed invalid if it is overdue. Please go to the original ticket purchase channel before 2024/10/13 to request a refund or exchange. Late tickets will not be accepted. For the refund and exchange procedures, please refer to the refund regulations of each channel.
• The exhibition venue only accepts refunds for tickets sold at on-site ticket booths. Complete and unused tickets, invoices, and credit card signatures must be attached. Each ticket will be subject to a refund fee of 10% of the actual sales price. *Children under 3 years old can enter for free and must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. (Relevant certificates are required. If you do not bring a certificate, your height will be judged by whether you are over 90 centimeters; the age calculation method is based on your actual age on the day of the visit) *Those who qualify for free tickets should take the initiative to present their IDs for verification by the service staff before entering. If they are not qualified, please purchase tickets based on their status; those who qualify for preferential status (preferential tickets, love tickets) cannot request partial refunds after entering with tickets. Or subsidize the ticket difference.
• In order for the service staff to be clearly identifiable, persons with disabilities who are required to accompany them are required to enter the venue next to the persons with disabilities.
• When purchasing a package, please note that the contents of the package must be complete and unused before the package can be refunded. Please refer to the refund regulations of each ticket outlet for instructions.
• If there are any unanswered questions regarding the above matters, please refer to the official website and FB announcement. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

#【Notes on Admission】

• The organizer does not take the initiative to provide storage services. Strollers and large luggage must be placed outside the exhibition venue according to the instructions of the staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property losses. Please keep your belongings and valuables properly.
• Only certain areas of this exhibition are open for photography. The use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks and stabilizers is prohibited in the entire exhibition area. You are not allowed to take commercial photos or interviews without prior permission.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans in the exhibition hall. Please go to the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall to use the restroom before entering the venue.
• Please abide by the visiting routes, exhibition rules and on-site staff instructions. If you encounter a large crowd, please wait in line in order.
• Playing, running and eating are prohibited in the exhibition venue. Please do not bring food or drinks into the venue. Smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited. Selling or reselling tickets at the exhibition venue is prohibited. If there is any inappropriate behavior and the advice fails, then You must leave the venue immediately without any objection, and no compensation or refund of ticket fees will be given.
• Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, and various dangerous items and contraband are not allowed in the exhibition venue. It is prohibited to slap or touch exhibits and display cabinets in the exhibition venue. If there is any damage, compensation will be based on the price.
• There are designated staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order within the venue. If you find any suspicious people or unknown objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please notify nearby staff immediately for assistance.
• If you need to re-enter the venue after leaving, you can stamp the repeat entry stamp at the exit of the exhibition venue and queue up at the entrance again. However, entry and exit to the exhibition are only allowed during the exhibition business hours on that day. There is no need to purchase additional tickets to purchase goods in the souvenir area. Please go to the souvenir area from the exit.
• In order to maintain the quality and safety of the exhibition, when the number of visitors to the exhibition venue reaches the upper limit, crowd control will be implemented and ticket sales will be suspended at the ticket office. Please follow the instructions of the staff and wait for admission at the entrance in order (final admission time is 17:00) 30).
