Der Fahrer fuhr etwas unsicher, neigte zu schnellem Fahren und starkem Bremsen. Der Fahrer hatte auch keine vorgeplante Reiseroute im Kopf und verlässt sich darauf, dass Sie Ihre Reiseroute angeben. Der Fahrer gab auch zu, dass er das letzte Mal vor etwa einem Jahr nach Nikko gefahren war. Ziemlich enttäuschend für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben. Ich würde nicht empfehlen, zu buchen, es sei denn, Sie möchten nur einen Fahrer. Diese Erfahrung war ganz anders als unsere andere Tour, die wir für Fuji gebucht hatten.
Was sehr enttäuschend ist, ist, dass der Kundenservice unsere Reiseroute überhaupt nicht an den Fahrer weitergeleitet hat. Es war der Fahrer, der uns selbst kontaktierte, der Kontakt zu uns aufnahm. Der Fahrer war ziemlich nett, aber der einzige Nachteil war, dass er keine Ahnung hatte, wohin wir wollten oder welche Reiseroute wir machen würden. Erst nachdem er auf mein Handy geschaut hatte, erfuhr er, welche Reiseroute ich bestellt hatte. Erst als er an diesem Tag am Tatort ankam, wusste er, dass er heute einen Tagesausflug nach Nikko unternehmen würde. Die ganze Reise fühlte sich schlecht an.
