My room was clean. The staff was courteous. The buffet breakfast catered to many tastes. My only disappointment was with the Wi-Fi. I could connect, at first, then 10 minutes later was unable. The front staff provided a 1 page help sheet, but it was written in Japanese. Otherwise, my stay was comfortable.

Room was good condition and staff was courteous. It is a business hotel and only 15 minutes by train to Shinjuku from Minami- Asagaya station.

Being the only Hotel around the area, it provides the basic need for a comfortable accommodation with great service and wonderful breakfast!!!

Super helpful staff. Very convenient location to subway. Plenty of food options around. Breakfast always had a good assortment of quality food. Close to a Parkrun! Would stay there again.

Great stay overall. Mostly Japanese business people, so the breakfast situation was very calm and quiet. Two negative things: I can still smell the smoke even though I was in a non-smoking room. There was a gap at the bottom of the room entry, and I fell, so please be careful. There was a small warning sign and a note when checking in but I forgot about it. Other than that, I like the location, price, breakfast service, , other services, and people.
