We booked this city centre hotel to be close to the main railway station, but we were worried about traffic noise keeping us awake…. No need! Even with our room facing the street on the 8th floor, the room was very quiet. We booked a superior triple. Plenty space for 3. The only ‘negative’ was breakfast. The food is targeted at domestic travellers only, so nothing western on the buffet other than toast and jam.

Pretty good hotel, great location with tons of street food options and walking distance to Taipei Main Station and Ximending. Front desk staff is helpful but not very friendly, very business-like (very surprising because most Taiwanese I've met are incredibly warm). Conversely the cleaning staff is very warm and helpful. Laundry is unfortunately subpar, with only one washing machine and dryer for the entire hotel. Overall I like this hotel for its location and clean rooms.

Had a decent stay at this hotel. It is pretty close to Taipei Main Station, and as soon as you walk in, there's a self-check in terminal to get your room key. There's also a front desk if you'd prefer to check in at reception. The room itself was decent, had good a/c, and was clean. Breakfast was paid in advance and it was your standard Taiwan continental-style breakfast, complete with several different choices for bread, plus fruits and salad, as well. What I didn't enjoy was having to clean my own table and carry my tray to the other side of the room when I was finished eating. I'm a guest - not an employee, and this shouldn't a responsibility of the guest. Overall, I would consider staying here again simply for the location and price.

We booked a single room for three people since that was offered online, and they kept telling us the room only stays two people. It was odd because on the paper the room attendant had, it clearly states the room is for three, but she kept saying it was two. She tried to make us pay more for an additional person which was a bit frustrating for the both of us. Eventually the staff let us keep the room but warned us that the room only has amenities for two people. The room can easily hold three people. Overall, the room was pretty good but that initial hiccup was frustrating to deal with.

The hotel is conveniently located. It is about 5 minute walk (straight ahead) from Exot 3 of Airport Express Taipei Station (A1). The room is spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. However, the room temperature cannot be adjusted, set at 21C. Check-in was fast and the staff were friendly and helpful. A lot of excellent eating places near the hotel, notably pepper bun across the street.

I appreciated that there is a laundry inside the premises. Be warned though. It is only available for use from 10 am to 9 pm i think. Worse case scenario you can go outside. There is a 24 hour laundrymat about 3 blocks away. This place is convenient in how close it is with public transportation. My only complaint is that the wifi seems to throttle at night. It gets faster after midnight though. The bathroom and room is very clean. AC works great

Great stay! The room was very clean, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the air conditioning worked excellently, making the room comfortable at all times.

The room was absolutely freezing because the thermostat does not work (for the whole hotel) so the AC is on the whole time. The only adjustment is the speed of the air. It was really uncomfortable.
