The room is clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. The location is excellent; especially, in a rainy day. You can access high speed trains, metro trains and other transportations without step outside to be wet.

Hotel is excellent for location, but it’s a bit dated and under maintained. Only can boast about it’s convenience to the AirPort Express mrt station, HSR, local train to hualien, the Bannan blue line and Xinyi red line.

Great location, directly connected to Taipei Main Station. Especially during the hot weather, use the underground connection to avoid the heat… My second time staying here. I’ll stay here again!

Good location, across the street from main subway station. Many shop and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning was variable - we stayed in more than one room, one was quite hot, temp can't be set below 24 deg while the 2nd room was quite cold -17 deg - and slowly rise to around 19 if we turn off air-con when we go out. The property is close to the Taipei Main station, many eating options and convenient stores. We managed to make last minute booking after the local tour was cancelled due to poor weather although we have to check out and recheck in again.

The room is small, however it has maintained very clean and comfortable. Staffs at hotel is very friendly.

This was my 3rd time at the hotel. I got a suite, which was OK. The room was larger than the last time I stayed, but the bathroom takes up about 1/3 of the room space. I had requested a suite with two beds, and when we checked in, there was only one bed. I asked for it to be changed at the front desk, and they said it would take a day. I knew that the single bed was just two twins stuck together, so I took them apart and called for housekeeping to make them up. There are no dressers to put your clothes. No creamer for the in-room coffee for 6 days while there. My daughter had bought a special 101 Building Water Bottle, and they threw it away even though it was nowhere near the single trash can. We asked about it, and they said they didn't see it and that it wasn't their problem. No compensation of any sort was offered. This will probably be the last time I stay, which is too bad as the location to the Main Station and to the malls is directly under the hotel.

Central location. Easy access to trains. Reasonable price

The hotel is conveniently located, it is right across from Taipei main station and the staff is quite friendly and efficient. However, the room we stayed has only two electrical outlets.
