Very convenient location, and all of the staff were kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I accidentally made a mistake with my booking and forgot to reserve one of the nights, leaving all of my belongings in the room. The staff went out of their way to contact me by phone and through Expedia, and they carefully kept every single item safe—including the food I had left in the refrigerator. I was also impressed by the housekeeping team. As I was walking by, I saw them lifting every mattress to vacuum underneath. It was amazing to see how much care and attention they put into making sure guests have a clean and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again!

Good location, clean room and friendly staff. Only thing is laundry, it takes time to bring clothes to a fully dry up.

Really enjoyed the amenities on the premium floor. They have pancakes in the morning, give you free water bottles, and have skincare products in the bathroom. The double room is small but big enough for two. Staff were helpful and it’s in a nice quiet part of Ginza.

The Koko hotel is clean and easy for travelers when visiting Tokyo. This property is located close walking distance to the metro, coffee shops, restaurants and a plethora of department stores as well. Consider the Koko hotel as a hub for your Tokyo visit. I always make it a point to stay here,

Hotel was good. Staff friendly. But location is not ideal

Staff members were very friendly and flexible. The room was very clean and they were ready for us when our flight was delayed.

Clean property, complimentary amenities, 7/11 right across the street. Plenty of restaurants down the block.

The room was clean when I checked in. The staff were very helpful when I had questions about late check outs and luggage storage. Everything was great but would be better if they had more laundry facilities. Not a problem though as there was laundry facilities nearby as well

My stay was disappointing overall. The room had visible dust, which wasn’t pleasant. Also, one of the dryers didn’t function as expected. I only realized that after my clothes were still wet, and there was no alternative solution. Overall, not a great experience.
