It was a luxury hotel very nice and beautiful all shopping was behind the hotel I will very appreciate the staff was very lovely and humble I will recommend Evry one this hotel very very nice I will come back again my next trip inshallah

I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels over the years, but I have never experienced anything as bad as this. The hotel has nightclubs inside the building and is filled with loud young partygoers, The noise was unbearable and the windows were paper-thin, making it completely impossible to sleep. We got not sleep at all during our stay. In addition, the room was dirty and despite repeatedly requesting a room far away from smoking areas, there was a strong smell of smoke throughout the room. The staff was extremely unhelpful and communication was poor to nonexistent. To make matters worse, even through we arrived at 1:00 PM, our room was not ready until 11:00 PM, which made it completely unacceptable. Overall, this was deeply disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

staff support was lacking. they did not leave towel in the room i called reception twice and i had to wait wet. overall staff was rude at the front desk not helpfull

There are 2 clubs. Dont make a mistake of having a room above the clubs otherwise you can say adios to your sleep. Noise is terrible. Vibrations!!!
