This hotel is taking a major hit due to its restaurant and room service. The food they have is all microwaved food which is not even as good as microwave food. They are also priced as if it’s fine dining. The hotel also is relatively new but there is a lot of wear and tear which speak to the quality of fixtures and materials used, very cheap. Location only plus point is being close to the mall but the struggle for finding food near by is extremely hard and the hotels food as I mentioned is not edible. I most likely would not stay here again regardless of the competitive price. There are a select few members of staff that are nice but that cant do much to help. If the restaurant was good and had decent room service I would consider staying again and maybe push up the rating.

All services were above normal . Just some rooms needs more attention and maintenance. Lighting at hallways is not enough more attached

Udvalget til morgenmad var ikke særlig store. Det koster ekstra hvis man gerne vil have omelet eller andet. Vi var ikke vild med morgenmaden desværre. Ellers var det en ren og dejlig hotel.

I like this hotel, clean and comfortable with nice staff and nice atmosphere, I stay here for three times and I really enjoy it. Recommended!

Very disappointing stay. ... The rooms are in poor condition and are clearly in need of renovation. There are visible cracks in the walls, wallpaper is peeling off in multiple places, and the overall condition of the room looks neglected and worn out. What makes this even more frustrating is that the rooms are advertised with a kitchen area, yet the "kitchen" is practically useless. There was no microwave, no plates, no cutlery, no pots, no pans, and no basic kitchen equipment whatsoever. It seems pointless to install kitchens if guests are not provided with anything needed to use them. For the price charged, this level of maintenance is unacceptable. The property management should stop ignoring these issues and invest in proper cosmetic repairs and basic room amenities. I am attaching photos so future guests can see the actual condition of the rooms for themselves.

I would not recommend this hotel to any one I’ve been staying here for the past 4 years this year hit breaking point last Yh I had a issue with the shower ceiling paint started leaking changed room issue resolved this year I had to call reception for clean towels twice. The safe would not open had an issue had to call 3 times in the space of a hour. The shower was overflowing outside the door clearly the seals was not maintained my partner slipped on that water chipper her toe which started bleeding went to concierge for a plaster only to be told they had none left how can a hotel have no plasters left. On another issue the hairdryer had its wall socked ripped off can be missed fair I took it down to reception a new1 came but they didn’t even test it and that was not working after all these issues only thing was a sorry but nothing resolved only positive thing was the spa massage and the Chinese restaurant part of hotel everything else disgrace don’t recommend to anyone.
