Great place very modern. Good location. Excellent breakfast the staff was very professional and fantastic, especially a gentleman by the name, Francesco that not only was very professional attentive, but also dedicated his time to make excellent recommendations or work to go about the weather. The time is to go up to the mountains, etc. I think is extremely helpful that somebody give this guidance to a tourist. Otherwise, the place is very good. I wish they have more TV channels in English since there are so many tourists from English speaking part of the world. I highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable beds, great balcony with a side view of the Matterhorn. Staff helped with suggestions of activities. Breakfast was very basic, no hot food. Could have had more fruit options to go with the yogurt. Very central location.

Excellent hotel in a great central location in Zermatt. Staff were always very friendly and helpful, nice clean rooms, great buffet breakfast in room with a view! Restaurant downstairs very unique with great food. I’d definitely love to stay there again.

A beautiful hotel in a great location in Zermatt. Easily walkable to the train station, shopping, and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient though not what we experienced at other hotels during our trip to Europe. Overall a very good experience.
