It was a great place and the staff were so helpful! They upgrade my economy standard room for free and the location of the hotel is close to everything you need for your vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff went out of their way to be of assistance when needed. The rooms were quiet and clean. Great location, an easy walk to popular areas, restaurants and attractions.

it is very convenient to everywhere, a few minutes walk to Tram station, many restaurants closed to the hotel. The breakfast was very good.

First day we live in second floor, it is very noisy, next day changed to Seven floor, but the shower was broken. The area very small. I only enjoy the eating place. There are a lot of place to choice.

Overall good - staff were friendly and helpful. We had to change rooms due to different bookings and one of the rooms had a terrible smell emanating from the bathroom. Otherwise they were fine. Breakfast menu was extensive but the coffee machine always seemed to be out of order 🙄. Leaving luggage behind between stays was charged at 10 euro a night after the first night, so beware of this and have some cash ready! Location was very good - close to the harbour and public transport as well as a good walking distance to many amenities. We would stay again.

Super convenient to Galataport and walking distance for Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, etc. rooms are clean, water pressure ridiculously amazing … kind, multilingual staff … a really great stay on an amazing trip :-)
