Location:on a main road. 15 minute walk from Insurance Market Metro Station. Easy to get around Dubai from this station. Clean hotel, with small cafe at reception and a Mediterranean theme restaurant with opening for breakfast and lunch. Housekeeping and maintenance need to up their game here. Housekeeping: the iron in my room had a broken plug with wires exposed! Asked for a replacement, that too had a broken plug! When I pointed this out, the answer was, oh yes, customers break them!! Hello??! check before you delivery!!!!! Maintenance: the shower / sink in the room had only lukewarm water come through, the maintenance guy came and ran the water for 10 minutes and said it’s better, it was not! I was then given some rubbish about circulation of water and to just run the water for 10 minutes every time!! NOT eco friendly!! When asked if other rooms had this issue, he said only some not all! I had to leave but told them it needed fixing by the time I came back. In the evening the same issue was there and the next maintenance man gave me the same nonsense! Upon complaining, I was moved to another room. The water was hot in this one, however the shower head would not stay in its holder , as the holder was broken! Another complaint and it was fixed later in the day. These incidents spoil an otherwise reasonable hotel. Would I stay here again, yes if a bit more due care and attention is given to the general upkeep of the rooms.

Very convenient, staff friendly and helpful

Everything about this hotel was basic except for breakfast... THE BREAKFAST WAS BOMB 😍. Very delicious and multi coloured menu.

The room was good but cleaning staff had to be called twice to come and clean the room.

Very competent and helpful staff, spotless rooms with a lot of space. Very nice pool on the top floor and good facilities. Very good value in low season.

Very friendly staff, in particular Hisham at the reception. Very confortable and clean rooms. Very good gym. Breakfast is excellent value, as is the hotel generally speaking.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The area is very nice it's right by the mall of the Emirates.

Stayed there for more than a week, all in all it was a great option and value for the money. The amenities were great - the pool and the gym especially. Only issue is that it’s not sound proof so you can hear your neighbors when they’re noisy, so if you’re a light sleeper or get bothered by noise next door then you have to hope to have good neighbors.

Very good value for the money. Great area with everything you need around from groceries, pharmacies, some dining and so. Loved the gym (large and well equipped) and the pool on roof.
