The floors in the rooms and the old carpet were not clean for a 5 star hotel. They need to invest more on the hotel.

Definitely going back. Hotel itself is quite old but location, customer service and staff add to the value. Fafa is fab, she listens to every single query and resolves them right there and then. Thanks Fafa Joon 😊
